Who we are

Small Town Studio runs this website. We work with Philippine consumer brands, and this site exists so founders can learn about us and get in touch.

What we collect

When you tell us about your brand. Our founder form is run by Tally and opens in a window on this site. It collects what you type in, usually your name, email address, brand name, what you sell and links to your shop or social accounts. We use it to work out whether we're a good fit and to reply to you.

How the site is used. We use PostHog to see which pages people visit and which buttons they click. We ask first. If you accept, PostHog sets a cookie so it can tell when you come back. If you accept, PostHog also records how you move through the pages (where you click and scroll) so we can see what's unclear; anything you type is hidden from these recordings, which we keep for 30 days. If you say no, we still count the visit, but without cookies, without recordings and without recognising you next time. We also note how far through the founder form people get, but never send your answers to PostHog. PostHog stores this data in the European Union.

Delivering the site. Cloudflare hosts this site and Google Fonts supplies its fonts. Both receive your IP address when your browser loads a page, because that's how the page reaches you.

Who we share it with

We don't sell personal data. We share it only with the services named above, which process it for us, and with our professional advisers when we need to.

How long we keep it

We keep founder form replies for as long as we're talking to you and up to two years after that, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is kept for as long as PostHog's retention settings allow, and never longer than we need it.

Your choices and rights

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act, and the Philippines' Data Privacy Act if you're in the Philippines, you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and withdraw your consent to us using it. To change your cookie choice, clear this site's data in your browser and you'll be asked again.

To make a request, use our founder form and tell us what you need.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
